Pasta Night

Wow, what a day. First the Blue Circle team had their annual year end meeting, to discuss the past 12 months and to plan for the next. Everyone's been working hard and it shows! We had several inspiring moments, including a great TED type talk with Tammy Robertson, a motivational speaker with a focus on inspiring leadership, resilience and life balance, communications and relationships. And, Gerry shared some heart felt and emotional thoughts on several of the BCI team who have had milestone years, presenting some 5 year rings and sending us off with thoughts to be fearless in our pursuit of being the best we can be in life and in work.
Then, off we went to dinner...dinner with a catch! We did all the cooking, under the excellent guidance of Head Chef Darren and Assistant Chefs Sean and Daniella down at the S.A.I.T Culinary Campus. We learned how to make pasta by hand and had some pretty awesome styles to mix and cook. Some vino rosso and some good company while under the tutelage of our hosts made for a great night, topped off with us all enjoying the fruits of our labour!
