After a sweaty workout at the Talisman today I went to grab a protein shake at Jugo Juice. Tarzan Dan and the crew for KOOL 101.5 were there and we had a good chat. And, I did the Spin To Win and got an "Extreme Protein" smoothie, courtesy of the KOOL. Thanks!
