Fog and ice crystals floating through Calgary tonight. We worked all day at Blue Circle, and finished our office reno and retrofit, heading out in the early evening. Met Thomas, who lives outside, sitting in the alley behind the office. Despite it all, he had nothing but friendly greetings and wished us all a safe and happy evening. I drove off but went back and gave him a coffee to warmup a bit. He have me box of crayons for my grandkids, even though i don't have any (yet). Yet another reminder that all of us aren't fortunate enough to have homes with warm beds to sleep in, and family and friends who love us and care about us.
