I was up at the camp on the long weekend, celebrating Canada Day in the 'glamping' style! Tossed a few steaks on the BBQ and spiced them up with a nice little prepared rub which I received as a gift at the IBAA Conference, courtesy of the fine folks over at Peace Hills General Insurance. So very tasty, so thanks for helping the cause!
