Our good friend at Too Cool Motorcycle School, Trevor Dech, threw on his chef's apron and got set to try out the 'BBB' Magic Dust on this impressive rack of ribs! This spicy rub was created by the masterminds behind Blue Circle ( Baert, Blackwood Bruggencate) who thought it would go well in keeping with our creative cooking theme which we explored in our team building sessions. We hope Trevor and his dinner guests enjoyed the added zing as much as we did!
